Sekuriteit
expanded
their
scope

Alarm and Armed Response Division
was opened.
Maksimum
Sekuriteit
founded
by
Joseph
&
Heleen
Coombe.
Mr
Coombe
served
as
a
Delmas
Police
station
Commander
for
34
years
and
left
the
SAPS
to
start
Maksimum
Sekuriteit.
He
brought
with
him
extensive
Public
policing,
Security
and
Protection experience to make it a success.

continue
to

efficient,
innovative
&
optimized

to
our

Clients
and
communities
from
the
foundation
of
his
legacy
and
we
continue
to
grow
from
a
transformed owned business to greater heights within the sector.

Saineth
Mokgalaka
started
as
a
security
officer
in
1998
and
through
the
years
his
commitment,
dedication
and
hard
work
ensured
that
he
was eligible for promotion and training.
Mr.
Mokgalaka
proved
himself
above
and
beyond
in
his
capabilities
which
qualified
him
to
purchase
his
inception
26%
shares
in
the
Company
in
2004
and
today he is a fully-fledged majority shareholder with 51% shares.
Mr.
Sipho
Jacob
Mzipa
started
at
Maksimum
Sekuriteit
in
2001
as
a
Security
Officer,
he
is
passionate
about
Security,
has
excellent
people
and
communication
skills
always
goes
above
and
beyond
for
each
client.
Mr.
Mzipa
became
a
team
leader
and
then
subsequently
advanced
to
a
site
supervisor
in
2002,
Mr.
Mzipa
then
advanced
to
a
Reaction
Officer
in
2005,
in
2011
Mr.
Mzipa
became
eligible
for
a
Site
Manager
position
and
in
2015
Mr.
Mzipa
was
promoted
to
an
Operational
Manager
in
2018
he
purchased
49%
shares
from
the
founding
member
and
this
results
in
our
ownership
being
100%
black
ownership, making us a Level 1 BBBEE contributor.

of
